MOST COMMON TANKS WE BUILD

Square, rectangular and raceway tanks

Leakage around tank drains is a common concern in the industry, potentially leading to operational disruptions, water quality issues, and costly repairs. That’s why we’ve engineered a proprietary method for integrating drains into the tank building process. This method is designed to minimize or entirely eliminate the possibility of leakage, giving our customers peace of mind.

Round tanks

Round single piece circular tanks are ideal for small fish grow-out applications and come with standard diameters ranging up to 10 feet. Circular segment tanks are also available. Circular fish tanks have an advantage of providing a uniform culture environment, operate under a wide range of rotational velocities to optimize fish health and condition, and can be used to rapidly concentrate and remove settleable solids. These are ideal for fish raising and holding and are our most popular “bang for your buck” style tanks.

Round cone tanks

Incorporating round cone bottoms on tanks provides ability for biosolids to settle out of liquid to concentrate thickened solids at the bottom of the tank by gravity. These high-density solids to be easily settled out of the water column as they gather at the bottom of the settler then funneled through a discharge pipe at the bottom of the unit.

OUR ORDERING PROCESS

Our typical process includes gathering initial requirements from our client and providing a cost estimate. The client signs and returns the estimate with deposit in order to initiate their project. Our management will schedule the project upon receipt of deposit and provide the client with estimated delivery dates. Upon initiation of the project, our production team will then coordinate with client for any final design details and may coordinate directly with client throughout the production process. Upon completion of project, a final invoice will be issued to the client. This is our general process and does vary at times based on client needs and project size.
